  RARITY OF INDIAN ROSEWOOD
  Indian rosewood, also known as sheesham, is an extremely rare species due to its inability to import into the United States without proper certification. Certification is issued by CITES which took us years to obtain prior to importing a limited number of slabs from Southeast Asia. This species is now considered endangered and illegal to mill for furniture purposes. The tree must have fallen naturally or pose a threat to a nearby structure in order to be deemed acceptable to cut. Therefore this species is extremely rare, highly sought after and is seen as investment due to decreased worldwide supply.

  - Defects filled with your choice of colored or clear epoxy.
  - Single Indian Rosewood slab construction for continuous grain (multiple slab pieces are NOT glued together)
  - This Indian Rosewood dining table is carefully finished with food grade oil to bring out the natural walnut wood grain, ensures durability and is easy to clean
  - Each live edge dining table is shipped unassembled with metal legs. Everything you need to assemble the dining table is included

  PRODUCTION PROCESS AND SUSTAINABILITY
  - Each solid wood slab is milled in a sustainable way using salvaged or reclaimed wood
  - All of our wood products are properly kiln dried to prevent future cracking or warpage.
  - Any holes or voids in the wood slab will be filled with black epoxy/resin.
  - All tables are finished in a standard matte finish without any stain. We like to enhance the inherent nature of the wood itself which stain diminishes and masks.
